Public Affairs and Media Requests

Public Affairs fulfills the Rhode Island National Guard's obligation to keep the citizens of Rhode Island and the members of the Rhode Island National Guard informed, and helps to establish the conditions that lead to confidence in the Rhode Island Guard’s ability to conduct operations in peacetime, conflict and war.

Public Affairs tells the Guard story through several different mediums, including this website, our Facebook and Twiiter pages, and through traditional media outlets.

As a community-based organization, the Rhode Island National Guard strives to support and participate in events throughout Southern New England that can foster a better understanding of the Guard.
