The mission of the Rhode Island Army National Guard G1 is to provide personnel and administrative assistance, guidance, and service in a timely manner to support the improvement of sustained Soldier and unit readiness. Human resources support is guided by the six interdependent enduring principles of integration, anticipation, responsiveness, synchronization, timeliness, and accuracy.
